Each time I visit San Francisco - the sister city of my hometown, Oakland - I feel refreshed and more in love with life. On my most recent visit, each of my five senses were piqued by offerings unique to the city. I dined on scrumptious Vietnamese noodles in the Financial District; heard the mellifluous voices of street performers on the Embarcadero; salivated at the smell of dim sum in Chinatown; watched the sun set into the bay from Coit Tower; and dug for oysters in a trough of cool saltwater at Pier 39. I’ve been across the globe and there is no city that compares to SF. If you haven’t been, add it to your bucket list as-soon-as-possible.
